Scheduled Dockets

Listed below are the currently scheduled dockets for initial ABC hearings before hearing officers and appeal hearings before the full ABC Board.

Initial hearings are usually held at one of ABC's Regional Offices or in meeting rooms / court rooms in that region. The addresses for hearing locations other than ABC facilities are on the top of the docket.

Appeal hearings are held at ABC's Central Office located at 2901 Hermitage Road, Richmond, Virginia 23220. Please visit our Web site for directions to ABC's Central Office.

Dockets contain the names of the licensees or applicants and a brief description of the charges or objections to be heard, as well as the dates, times and places of the hearings.

PLEASE NOTE: Dates and times of pre-scheduled dockets may change at any time. Cases may be continued, rescheduled or dismissed before the hearing. Direct questions regarding specific hearing dates or times to the ABC Hearings and Appeals Division at (804) 213-4444.

Initial hearings are held before hearing officers who travel throughout the state. The cases are grouped together and set for hearings by ABC Region.
